Dr Mahmoud Mageed Dipl. ECVDI
Mahmoud Mageed earned his Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine in 2007. He worked as an assistant radiologist for 5 years at the University of Leipzig’s equine clinic, where he obtained his Dr. med. vet. degree in 2014. Mahmoud worked as a senior radiologist in a private clinic for nearly a decade, where he was responsible for image acquisition and interpretation, primarily MRI and CT. In 2018, Mahmoud achieved the status of a German board-certified specialist in Diagnostic Imaging. In 2022, he began his ECVDI residency in collaboration with the University of Zurich.
Mahmoud has published more than 20 publications in the field of diagnostic imaging.
Marianna Biggi DVM, PHD, FHEA, DipECVDI, MRCVS European and RCVS Veterinary Surgeon
Dr Marianna Biggi qualified from the University of Parma (Italy) in 2004. After working in equine practice, she completed a Ph.D. at the University of Milan, in collaboration with the Animal Health Trust. The thesis titled “Fragments of the distal border of the navicular bone: investigation of pathogenesis of the lesions and pathology of related structures by comparison of radiological and high-field MRI” was defended in 2010. Marianna subsequently joined the Animal Health Trust, where she completed a large animal diagnostic imaging residency programme. Marianna obtained the European Diploma in Diagnostic Imaging in 2015 and became RCVS specialist soon afterward. Marianna worked as Lecturer in Large Animal Radiology at the Royal Veterinary College before joining VetCT permanently in 2017.
Marianna currently works as the head of onboarding and training and teleradiologist at VetCT and as imaging clinician at a referral equine hospital in the UK (Pool House Equine Hospital). Marianna has authored various peer-reviewed papers and abstracts in the field of equine diagnostic imaging. Marianna’s particular interest is in cross sectional orthopaedic imaging, especially MRI. Marianna has competed at international level in show jumping, in her spare time she enjoys exploring the English countryside with her black labrador and children and she is a keen baker.
Tomasz Zawadzki
General Manager of MindSonar® Poland. With 20 years of experience as a soft skills trainer, collaborating with global training companies such as Richardson (USA) and Relevance (Netherlands), as well as a coach. Certified facilitator of Relational Presence®/Speaking Circles® – a method of public speaking based on mindfulness in interaction with the audience. As a manager, he has managed networks in the banking industry. He co-created and implemented recruitment profiles, coaching models for networks, work standardization, remuneration systems, reporting systems, and leadership behaviors. He holds a postgraduate degree in "Coaching in the Organization" from the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Warsaw. He has completed courses in Transforming Communication – conflict resolution, Provocative Coaching, Practitioner NLP, Team Coaching, and is a certified Relational Presence facilitator. Training experience includes numerous projects for employees of Polish and international companies; he has also lectured at universities (UEW) and MBA programs (GFKM).
Dagmara Kołodziejczyk
She helps leaders enhance their leadership skills, enables teams to achieve synergy, and supports the strengthening of self-confidence and self-esteem. Trains management, sales, production, and HR teams. Advises on HRM projects and the development of innovative organizational culture.
She has 20 years of professional, managerial, and psychological experience in human resources management. She has conducted over 2,500 hours of coaching sessions—individual, business, team, and group—as well as trainings and workshops for the pharmaceutical, production, trade, forwarding, and logistics industries.
Work is her passion. She recognizes the holistic and systemic context of clients and organizations. She writes and publishes articles on management, entrepreneurship, coaching, and systemic approaches in business. She co-creates the programs "The Real Me" and "Conscious Man."
She is a mother, partner, dreamer, amateur dancer, and traveler.
